Oral communication

Face-to-face attendance (most common option)

Presentation sessions will be published in the Conference program (posted at the top of this page).

Authors should go to the classroom 10 minutes before the start of the session. They will paste the paper presentation (in pptx, pdf or odp format -free layout-) in the computer of the classroom.

Each presentation will last 10 minutes. All the papers of the session will be presented in a row. The last 15 minutes of the session will be reserved for questions.

Online attendance

Online oral communications will be similar to face-to-face presentations. In this case, authors will present remotely from their country of origin. Presentation links will be provided before the sessions.

Best oral communication award

Session attendees will rate the papers presented in the oral presentations. These assessments, session chair assessment and the results of the review process will be used to select the oral communication that will be awarded.

The oral communication awarded will be announced in the clossing session (last day of the Conference). Authors awarded will receive a certificate.
