Registration fees
In-person attendance (most common option)
- General fee: € 450
- Reduced fee (IEEE members or TAEE association members*): € 400
- Student fee: € 300 (gift not included)
- Reduced student fee (IEEE members or TAEE association members*): € 275 (gift not included)
- Fee for professionals of secondary education / professional training: € 100 (maintenance, social events, and gift not included)
- Fee for listeners / companions (without paper submission): € 250 (gift not included)
On-line attendance (this option is available for non-European authors if they prefer. It is also available for students if they prefer. For the rest of the authors, a percentage of communications will also be accepted for online presentation).
- General fee: € 350
- Reduced fee (IEEE members or TAEE association members*): € 300
- Reduced fee for developing economies authors attending online: € 200 (this fee will be applied to authors from countries classified as "Developing economies" or "Transition economies" according to the UNCTAD classification)
- Student fee: € 200
- Reduced student fee (IEEE members or TAEE association members*): € 175
- Fee for professionals of secondary education / professional training: € 75
- Listener fee (without paper submission): € 75

Responses to some frequently asked questions
How many papers can be presented with one registration?
For in-person attendance, one registration will be valid for two paper presentations. For on-line attendance, one registration will be valid for one paper presentation.
For both types, an additional paper can also be presented with the same registration fee, with an extra cost of € 50.
How can I select the type of attendance (in-person or online)?
You can select it in the paper submission plaform.
For non-European authors (and for students of any origin) both modalities will have the same priority level. For the rest of the authors, in-person attendance is the default option, but a percentage of presentations will be accepted in online mode.
What does the in-person fee of the Conference include?
The in-person fee includes: publication of the papers in the abstract book, the proceedings book and IEEE Xplore (for those authors who desire it); coffee breaks, meals, social events, gala dinner and a gift.
